Playwrights Guild of Canada - Virtual

Skills: Planning your pitch, promotional strategies, advocating for your deal, relationship building, self-advocacy, how to do research for your writing. 

2021 / Introduction to Voice Acting

Kim Hurdon Casting - Virtual

Skills: Covering an introduction to aspects of voice acting, casting, audition + working session protocol, vocal styles such as animation, commercial and video game.

2013 / Young Company - Acting

Citadel Theatre - Edmonton

Skills: Core subjects of acting, voice, and movement, in addition to specialized workshops including clowning, Laban, Shakespeare, and stage combat. The program culminates in workshop productions that demonstrate the skills that the students have been working on over the year. 

2022-2023 / Comedy Symposium

CANCOM - Virtual 

Skills: Long-term career networks and improvement of skills for comedians and comedy tech workers, how to create content, find employment, and access the support necessary while pursuing comedy success on the global market. Workshop topics are inspired by comedy artists and workers, and include: Pay Culture, IP & Branding, Touring and Showcasing, Pro-Health & Anti-Oppression, Digital Reach, and more. 

2022 / Acting For The Camera

Toronto Academy For Film and Television - Toronto

Skills:  On camera total immersion in the craft of film acting, learning on camera film scenes, various acting techniques to apply to film scenes such as method acting technique, MEISNER acting technique. As well as auditioning techniques both for film & television as well as t.v. commercials.
